[No Smoking] Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not allowed anywhere on the property. Violations incur a $300 fee. 4. [Pets] Dog-friendly only: Maximum of 1 small dog (<20 lbs). Exceptions may be made upon request. Non-refundable pet fee does apply. Cats or unauthorized animals are not allowed. Violations may incur fees of $500–$1,000.
