We've spent years turning this corner house into the kind of luxurious place we'd want to stay ourselves— guests keep telling us we got it right. Set on an 11,000+ sqft double lot in Seattle's safest, most peaceful neighborhood, surrounded by the city's tallest trees, yet just 5 min from Green Lake, 5 from UW, 13 from downtown. Plus a chef's kitchen built for big group dinners, a sunroom gym with real equipment, and beds we'd actually want to sleep in. Inside the fence, the city just disappears.

【CANCELLATION】 We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each stay available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. 1. [No Parties or Events] This home is monitored with security and exterior cameras. Any parties or events are strictly prohibited. Violations will trigger Airbnb involvement and a $300 fine. 2. [Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM] Please respect neighbors by keeping noise low during quiet hours. Our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable rental and an enjoyable Seattle experience. 3. [No Smoking] Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not allowed anywhere on the property. Violations incur a $300 fee. 4. [Pets] Dog-friendly only: Maximum of 2 small dogs (<20 lbs). Cats or unauthorized animals are not allowed. Violations may incur fees of $500–$1,000. Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, pillows, or linens. Bring waste bags and clean up after your pets. 5. [No Shoes Indoors] Please remove shoes when entering to help maintain cleanliness. 6. [Self-Catering] We provide a starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, oil, salt, pepper, etc.). Guests are responsible for additional food or supplies. 7. [Early Check-In | Late Check-Out] Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability, and are charged on an hourly basis. Please contact us in advance to arrange these services. 8. [Trash & Recycling] Please sort trash and recycling into the correct bins. If unsure, leave items inside and the cleaning team will handle them. 9. [Lost & Found] Take all personal belongings before check-out.
