The home is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The home has 3 bedrooms with 5 beds (1 king +1 queen+ 2 twins +sofa bed) and 3 bathrooms, 1500 sqft. This is a 2-story single family house with some steps to the entrance. Floor Plan • First Floor: Main entrance; Master bedroom suite w/King size bed. Ensuite bathroom w/shower. One guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and one guest bedroom with 1 queen bed, 2 full bathroom with shower and bathtub. This is a duplex and therefore you may encounter guests that are staying in the lower unit during your stay when outside the home. The units are completely separate and cannot be accessed from one another. 1. [No Parties or Events] This home is monitored with security and exterior cameras. Any parties or events are strictly prohibited. Violations will trigger Airbnb involvement and a $300 fine. 2. [Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM] Please respect neighbors by keeping noise low during quiet hours. Our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable rental and an enjoyable Seattle experience. 3. [No Smoking] Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not allowed anywhere on the property. Violations incur a $300 fee. 4. [Pets] Dog-friendly only: Maximum of 2 small dogs (<20 lbs). Cats or unauthorized animals are not allowed. Violations may incur fees of $500–$1,000. Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, pillows, or linens. Bring waste bags and clean up after your pets. 5. [No Shoes Indoors] Please remove shoes when entering to help maintain cleanliness. 6. [Self-Catering] We provide a starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, oil, salt, pepper, etc.). Guests are responsible for additional food or supplies. 7. [Early Check-In | Late Check-Out] Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability, and are charged on an hourly basis. Please contact us in advance to arrange these services. 8. [Trash & Recycling] Please sort trash and recycling into the correct bins. If unsure, leave items inside and the cleaning team will handle them. 9. [Lost & Found] Take all personal belongings before check-out.
